The Mintion M5 x 9.5mm x 7.1mm Threaded Insert Set is designed for 3D-printed assemblies that must withstand high mechanical loads and frequent maintenance. With 50 extra robust inserts in a single M5 size, this pack is ideal for machine frames, heavy brackets, tool holders and other demanding structural applications.

Each insert features an M5 internal thread, 9.5 mm length and approximately 7.1 mm outer diameter. The large footprint inside the plastic spreads forces over a wider area, significantly improving resistance to pull-out, cracking and deformation under stress.

The knurled brass body provides very high pull-out and torque resistance when heat-set into materials such as PLA, PETG and ABS. Compared to cutting M5 threads directly into plastic, these inserts offer a much more durable, serviceable and repeatable fastening solution.

With 50 inserts included, this set supplies enough hardware for multiple large builds. It is particularly useful for printer and CNC upgrades, robotics, mechatronics, jigs and fixtures, and any project where strong M5 bolts interface with 3D-printed parts.

The inserts are intended for installation using heat-set insert tools, soldering irons and suitable adapter tips. Once heated and pressed into a properly sized hole, the knurling melts into the surrounding plastic and locks the insert firmly in place.

Common applications include mounting stepper motors and actuators, securing metal brackets and plates, assembling machine frames and enclosures, attaching hinges and latches, and any high-load connection that benefits from reliable M5 threads in 3D-printed components.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
