Panchroma™ PLA Refill

Panchroma™ PLA Refill combines Polymaker's Panchroma PLA range with a refill format designed for reusable spool systems. Instead of supplying the filament on a new disposable spool, the refill can be mounted onto a compatible reusable master spool, helping reduce the amount of plastic associated with filament packaging.

The refill is designed for 1.75 mm FDM printers and can be used in both multi-material and conventional single-spool setups when paired with a compatible reusable spool.

Panchroma™ PLA Refill is designed to fit major reusable master spool systems and can also be used with multi-material systems such as Bambu AMS. This makes the refill format suitable for users who want to reuse their existing spool hardware rather than replace the complete spool with every new roll of filament.

Polymaker also provides printable files for its own reusable master spool, giving users an additional option for setting up the refill system.

Each refill is precision-wound to support smooth unwinding and consistent feeding during printing. Polymaker states that the cross-wound layout is designed to prevent tangles and support uninterrupted extrusion during longer prints.

The material can be printed using standard PLA profiles. The recommended nozzle temperature is 190–230 °C, while the recommended bed temperature is 25–60 °C.

Printing speed depends on the specific Panchroma finish. According to Polymaker's technical data, Panchroma Basic supports printing speeds up to 350 mm/s under the specified test conditions. These speed figures are based on a 0.4 mm line width and 0.2 mm layer height and may vary when different printing parameters are used.

The filament is dried before packaging and supplied vacuum-sealed with desiccant to help protect it from moisture during storage. Polymaker recommends drying Panchroma filament at 55 °C for 6 hours when drying is required.

For best storage conditions after opening, keep the filament protected from ambient moisture when it is not being used.

The refill format allows the reusable spool to remain in circulation while only the filament itself is replaced. This reduces the need for a new plastic spool for every roll and can therefore lower packaging and spool waste for users who regularly print with PLA.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
