Petoneer NutriCare smart food dispenser

Petoneer NutriCare is a smart food dispenser designed specifically for homes with more than one pet. Thanks to RFID technology, it recognizes up to ten pets and opens the lid only for the correct cat or dog. This eliminates the problem of other pets snacking on the food. The 400 ml bowl holds the perfect portion for one meal, and the built-in cooling cartridge keeps it below 10°C for up to four hours to preserve the freshness and nutritional value of the food.

Safe feeding and full control

The lid closes automatically when an unregistered pet approaches, ensuring that each pet gets only the food that is intended for it. This solution is especially important for veterinary diets and specialty foods that should not be consumed by other pets. With NutriCare, you can be sure that your pets are fed as directed and without the risk of meal theft.

Smart RFID tag included

The dispenser uses RFID technology to recognize pets individually. It comes with a tag that can be easily attached to the included collar. This ensures that the lid opens only when it detects the correct pet, and closes automatically when the pet leaves. Each dispenser can handle up to ten different pets, allowing you to conveniently feed multiple pets in the same house. As an added benefit, the QR code on the tag allows the owner to be contacted quickly if the pet goes missing - it displays contact information when scanned.

Three modes of operation

The dispenser offers three modes of operation, which allow you to customize the way food is dispensed to suit the needs of the household. Manual mode allows you to open the lid with a button on the device or from the app. Sensor mode works well for a single pet - the lid opens when the pet approaches and closes when it leaves. The most advanced RFID authentication mode allows the lid to open only to selected pets, giving you full control in a home with several pets.

Freshness and hygiene at the highest level

NutriCare uses an airtight lid and cooling insert to protect the food from drying out, bacteria and insect access. The bowl is made of safe, odorless PP plastic that is BPA-free. In addition, the dishwasher-safe option makes it easy to maintain hygiene, and the smooth surface prevents food residue from settling.

Convenient power supply and full mobility

The device can be powered both wired via USB-C and wirelessly using four AA batteries (not included). With typical use, this allows for up to 120 days of operation, allowing you to set up the dispenser anywhere in your home without worrying about cables or power outages.

An app that takes care of your pets' health

NutriCare connects via Bluetooth to the Petoneer app, where you can monitor your pet's eating habits, analyze meal timing and frequency, and adjust settings. It's a simple tool that helps you catch changes in appetite and react quickly to potential health problems.

Easy maintenance and robust design

The dispenser is designed for everyday use. The removable bowl and lid make it easy to clean, and the non-slip feet keep the device firmly in place. Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.
