Rapido Plus Hotend 2

The Phaetus Rapido Plus 2 is a high-speed hotend that provides efficient heat management through an aluminum radiator, titanium heat break and copper-plated heat block and tip. It heats up quickly, reaching 200°C in just 35 seconds, and allows for one-handed tip change.

Superior thermal break thermal insulation

Eliminates any heat creep. Excellent thermal insulation significantly reduces the risk of filament clogging. Increased wear resistance for printing fiber-filled filaments. (100 kg+)

High-efficiency heating block

The new rectangular ceramic heating block achieves high heating efficiency and reliability (reaches 200°C in just 35s). Maximum printing temperature: 350°C.

Removable PT1000 temperature sensor

The temperature sensor is replaceable, so the PT1000 sensor can be used to meet high-temperature printing requirements.

Ultra-high-speed printing with UHF

The newly designed heater block has a long heating area, which allows for high volumetric flows of up to 75mm³ (52mm³ with HF for UHF). With such flows, your 3D printer can be fully utilized. Turn your 3D printer into a high-speed 3D printer with the Rapido Plus Hotend 2.

Easy nozzle change

Titanium alloy screws with low thermal conductivity create a solid connection between the heater block and the radiator. This rigid construction allows for convenient one-handed nozzle change.
