PioCreat Hot Air Dryer

The PioCreat Hot Air Dryer is designed to reduce surface moisture in plastic granules before processing. Cold air is drawn through the blower and passes over the heating element, after which the heated air is directed through the material inside the hopper. Moisture released during drying is discharged through the exhaust at the top of the dryer.

The WSDB-25 combines a 3.5 kW heating system with an integrated 135 W blower and supports drying temperatures up to 130 °C.

The hopper provides a rated material capacity of 25 kg. Material-contact surfaces are made from stainless steel for durability and to provide a clean material path during repeated use.

Viewing windows in both the hopper and the base allow the material to be monitored during operation without opening the system.

The dryer uses a curved heating cylinder designed to help prevent material blockage and overheating during operation. Heated air is circulated through the hopper to contact the plastic granules during the drying process.

According to the supplier, the dryer can be used with materials including PLA, PETG, ABS, PA, PE, PP, PS, PVC, PC and PET, as well as CF- and GF-filled materials.

Drying temperature and drying time depend on the specific material being processed and should be selected according to the material manufacturer's recommendations. The operating temperature of the WSDB-25 should not exceed 130 °C.

The dryer is intended for granular plastic materials and is not suitable for plastic powders, materials that tend to clump, highly adhesive materials or materials that become adhesive during heating.

This product is supplied as a complete three-part set consisting of the WSDB-25 Hot Air Dryer, a WSAL-300 material loader and a wheeled stand. Together, the three units provide a practical setup for drying, handling and feeding plastic granules before processing.

*The 25 kg capacity is specified by the manufacturer based on Nylon 6 granular material.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
