Piocreat Hotair dryer

The dryer uses a forced hot-air circulation system to condition plastic granules before processing. Ambient air is drawn through the blower and passed across the heating element before entering the material hopper, where the heated air evenly contacts the resin. Moisture released during drying is then discharged through the upper exhaust.

The integrated temperature controller allows the drying temperature to be adjusted according to the requirements of the material being processed, helping maintain consistent drying conditions throughout operation.

All surfaces that come into contact with the raw material are made from stainless steel. The dryer also uses a precision die-cast aluminium housing with a smooth surface and good thermal insulation properties.

Material viewing windows are integrated into both the hopper and the base, allowing the operator to inspect the material inside without opening the system. The hopper construction is designed for convenient access and compatibility with automated material-handling setups.

The electric heating cylinder uses a curved design intended to prevent material powder from accumulating at the bottom of the cylinder. This helps reduce the risk of localised overheating or combustion caused by accumulated residue.

A low-noise blower provides the airflow required for the drying process, while an optional air filter can be used where additional material cleanliness is required.

The dryer can be used with compatible plastic granules including materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, PA, PE, PP, PS, PVC and PC, as well as suitable CF- and GF-filled materials. Drying temperature and time should always be selected according to the requirements of the specific material and must remain within the operating limits of the dryer.

The unit is intended for granular plastic materials and is not suitable for plastic powders, highly adhesive materials or materials that become adhesive during heating.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
