Polymaker PolyDryer™ Box XL

The PolyDryer Box XL is built specifically for users working with larger filament spools, supporting sizes up to 3 kg. This makes it a practical choice for print farms, long-duration prints, or anyone looking to reduce spool changes during production. By keeping filament sealed in a controlled environment, it helps maintain material quality over time and reduces the risk of moisture-related print issues.

At the core of the Box XL is its high-integrity sealing system. A 360° silicone gasket and secure latch mechanism work together to prevent moisture from entering the enclosure. This ensures a stable, low-humidity environment, which is especially important for hygroscopic materials like nylon and PETG.

A built-in hygrometer provides real-time humidity readings, giving you full visibility of the internal environment without opening the box. Combined with the included color-changing desiccant, you get both a digital and visual indication of moisture levels, making it easy to know when maintenance is needed.

The integrated filament feed system allows you to print directly from the sealed box without exposing the filament to ambient air. This maintains consistent conditions throughout the entire printing process and eliminates the need to repeatedly open and reseal the container.

The Box XL is designed with usability in mind. An integrated handle makes it easier to transport, while the improved latch system simplifies opening and closing, even with heavier spools. Inside, the setup is optimized for smooth filament movement and efficient handling, helping streamline your workflow.

While primarily a passive storage solution, the Box XL can be integrated with the PolyDryer system via an optional adapter if active drying is needed. This modular approach gives you flexibility to expand your setup as your requirements grow, without replacing your existing storage solution.

Local delivery in Lithuania

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
