PrimaCreator FlexPlate - Powder-coated PEI for Creality K1 Max

PEI coated

PrimaCreator PEI Ultem (polyetherimide) is a reusable, relatively low-maintenance surface for both ABS (heated bed) and PLA (hot or cold), other materials such as metal, wood, PETG, ABS+ and many others are also great. You don't need any additional adhesives such as glue or tape. PEI is attractive because it is "no surface preparation required", making it easy to work with. In addition, when printing on PEI, there is no need for support beams, as the parts stick directly to the surface without any problems.

How to use

Attach the board to the build surface with the PEI side up. The magnets on the board make this easy. You don't need any glue, but if you are going to print something large or for a long time, we recommend using the PrimaFix glue stick, it will stick to the parts even better and make it even easier to release them when the print is finished. Once the print is complete, simply let the plate cool, remove the plate and gently bend it. You can then simply peel the model off the plate.

Before each print, clean the PEI surface with 70-91% isopropyl alcohol to remove any grease or other residue that may have accumulated on the surface. This will greatly increase the adhesion of the surface. After use, clean the PEI with acetone, isopropyl alcohol, methyl alcohol or soap.
