The PROSCENIC Q20 Plus is an advanced cleaning robot that combines vacuuming and mopping functions with LiDAR navigation technology and the TrueMapping 2.0 mapping system. The device offers 10,000 Pa of suction power, up to 200 minutes of runtime, and a docking station with a 4-liter bagless dustbin. The robot supports multi-level mapping, automatically recognizes carpets, avoids obstacles, sets up no-go zones, and can be controlled via a mobile app, remote control, voice commands, and an Apple Watch. Thanks to its smart features and extensive configuration options, the PROSCENIC Q20 Plus is ideal for both small apartments and large homes.

High suction power allows the robot to effectively remove dust, pet hair, human hair, and larger debris from various types of surfaces. The device automatically increases suction power when cleaning carpets, allowing it to more thoroughly remove dirt trapped between the fibers. A specially designed V-shaped brush reduces hair tangling and makes daily maintenance of the device easier.

The TrueMapping 2.0 system uses LiDAR technology to quickly and precisely scan rooms. The robot analyzes the interior layout, creates detailed maps, and plans the optimal cleaning route, minimizing the risk of missing specific areas. Additionally, the device can save up to five separate maps, which is a practical solution for homes with multiple floors.

The Q20 Plus model is equipped with a deep grid cleaning function, also known as dual grid cleaning. The robot traverses the designated area in two directions, thereby removing dirt from the floor even more thoroughly. Users can also create cleaning schedules, specify particular rooms to be cleaned, and define areas where the robot should not operate.

The PROSCENIC Q20 Plus is designed for convenient and intuitive operation. The robot works with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri, and the IFTTT platform, allowing you to quickly activate the desired functions using simple voice commands. The device also supports control via the Apple Watch, allowing you to start and stop cleaning, set schedules, and receive notifications about the robot’s operation. The package also includes a remote control, which lets you use the most important features without having to use the mobile app.

The 3D obstacle detection system allows the device to move efficiently around furniture and other interior furnishings. The robot effectively avoids objects left on the floor, reducing the risk of it stopping. The device’s design also allows it to navigate thresholds, cables, and carpets up to 15 mm high.

The device allows you to choose one of three operating modes: vacuuming, mopping, or both simultaneously. The robot automatically adjusts the suction power to suit the type of surface, resulting in more effective cleaning. Thanks to this feature, you don’t have to manually change the settings every time.

The high-capacity battery provides up to 200 minutes of continuous operation, allowing you to thoroughly clean an area of up to 230 m². When the battery level drops to 15%, the robot automatically returns to the docking station. Once the battery reaches 80% charge, the device resumes cleaning exactly where it left off, ensuring that no part of the floor is missed.

The docking station is equipped with a transparent 4-liter container, which reduces the need for frequent emptying of collected debris. The manufacturer has adopted a bagless design, so users incur no additional costs associated with purchasing consumables. The filtration system used captures up to 99.7% of fine particles and allergens collected inside the dustbin.

With a noise level of approximately 65 dB, the robot can operate in the evening or while you’re going about your daily routine. The “Do Not Disturb” mode reduces the number of notifications and allows you to adjust the cleaning schedule to fit your household’s daily rhythm. The device’s quiet operation is also ideal for homes with small children or pets.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
