The Puluz waterproof case for the Insta360 X5 is designed for recording 360° footage underwater at depths of up to 60 meters. The case, made of durable polycarbonate, effectively protects the camera from water, moisture, and contact with sand during diving and water sports. The design is compatible with Insta360’s magnetic quick-mount system, allowing users to quickly reconfigure their setup depending on the situation. The transparent housing preserves the lenses’ wide field of view, enabling panoramic recordings both above and below the water’s surface.

The case is equipped with a quadruple locking system based on steel latches and a silicone gasket, which enhances the camera’s safety during submersion. The use of 316 stainless steel, resistant to saltwater, improves the durability of the locking mechanism during regular use by the sea or ocean. The watertight design minimizes the risk of moisture entering the housing, even during intense underwater use. This solution is ideal for snorkeling, diving, swimming, or capturing dynamic underwater footage.

The housing is made of high-quality polycarbonate resistant to high temperatures, oxidation, and everyday scratches caused during transport and use. The surface has been finished to minimize fingerprint smudges, helping the case maintain its aesthetic appearance longer. The sturdy construction helps protect the camera from accidental impacts and rougher terrain conditions while traveling. However, it’s worth remembering that protective domes require careful handling, as contact with hard surfaces can affect image quality.

The model supports the Insta360 magnetic quick-release system, allowing you to efficiently switch the camera between various accessories and mounts. This solution is particularly useful when recording dynamic footage, where quickly changing equipment configurations is essential. However, please note that the magnetic quick-release base is not included in the set and must be purchased separately. The kit does, however, include a 1/4-inch adapter and a long mounting screw, allowing you to use popular photography and sports accessories.
