Raise3D Industrial PETG ESD - RFID

Raise3D Industrial PETG ESD is developed for applications where static electricity can damage sensitive components or interfere with electronic equipment. The material dissipates electrostatic charges in a controlled manner, making it ideal for the electronics industry, production environments, and technical installations.

The filament offers a great balance of mechanical strength, toughness, and ease of processing. Thanks to the PETG base's excellent layer adhesion and low shrinkage, prints achieve a stable, homogeneous structure with high precision. Unlike ESD materials based on ABS or Nylon, this filament is significantly easier to print and does not require advanced temperature control.

The material is developed for stable and reliable printing with a low risk of warping. For optimal ESD protection and the best mechanical properties, it is recommended to dry the filament before use.

• Bed Temperature: 70–90 °C
• Printing Speed: 30–120 mm/s
• Cooling Fan: 0–50 %
• Recommended Build Chamber: Not required (open or enclosed printer)

The material has low odor development, but like all technical filaments, it should be used in well-ventilated areas. For mechanical post-processing (such as sanding or drilling), safety glasses and a particle mask are recommended to avoid inhaling dust.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
