The official Raspberry Pi camera with Global Shutter is based on the Sony IMX296 sensor with a resolution of 1.5 Mpx, 1456x1088px. Works with the same lenses as the official Raspberry Pi HQ C-/CS-mount camera. This type of camera is ideal for applications that require accurate capture of high-speed moving images, including sports photography and machine vision.
Global Shutter is a technology in which the sensor simultaneously starts and ends exposures. This means that the images from Global Shutter cameras are snapshots of a single point taken instantaneously, resulting in sharp images of moving objects, without the effect of noise and distortion. However, even though the images are taken at the same time, with no time difference, the image reading is slow because this technology has a limited read speed due to having only one analog-to-digital converter (ADC).

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.50€ incl. VAT.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.50€ incl. VAT.

Payment on delivery +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
