R1 12V single channel relay module is an indispensable tool in automation systems, consumer electronics and DIY projects based on microcontrollers. Allows you to control high voltage and current devices with a low-voltage control signal, such as from an Arduino, Raspberry Pi or ESP8266.

The module is equipped with relay type SRD-12VDC-SL-C and optoisolator, which effectively separates the logic section from the execution section, minimizing the risk of damage to the controller. Installation and safety recommendations:

Make sure the load does not exceed 10A - use a contactor or an additional relay for higher powers

Be very careful when working with 230V - installation should be carried out by a qualified person

Do not touch the contacts while the device is operating - risk of electric shock

For operation with inductive loads (motors, transformers) it is recommended to use a suppression diode

Tip: The module operates in active logic high (high state - HIGH - activates the relay), which should be taken into account when programming the microcontroller.
