Resin for 3D printing XVN-50 - engineering - 1L black AMERALABS

XVN-50 is a versatile 3D printing resin that is ideal for prototyping, tooling, robotics, and other engineering applications. It offers an excellent balance of strength, precision, and flexibility. These properties make XVN-50 a versatile resin for both engineering and end-use applications. Printing with this resin will produce strong, reliable products that can withstand heavy loads and high bending strength.

Precision

XVN-50 produces dimensionally accurate and stable resin prints. The strength and added flexibility ensure that 3D printed products are accurate but not brittle. This rigid resin is ideal for prototyping, robotics, engineering applications, press-fit parts, and other end-use applications that require assembly.

Surface

After final wash and cure, the print is non-sticky and pleasant to the touch. The surface of the XVN-50 resin product is different (82 Shore D), it is difficult to scratch.

Since this resin is not brittle, the supports are easy to cut with a simple hobby knife. 3D printed models can be sanded, drilled, threaded and painted.

The resins are carefully pigmented and have a solid black color.

Resistance

A product made using XVN-50 resin will be quite resistant to moisture. Water absorption is only 3.12% in 24 hours (ASTM D570). This means that due to the humidity in the air, or short contact with liquids - the product will not deform, and will not significantly change its mechanical properties

However, this resin should not be used for printed products that will be in long-term contact with various liquids, organic solvents - for this purpose, AMD-3 resin should be used

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
