Revopoint Trackit Optical Tracking 3D Scanner

Trackit's dual-camera base station continuously tracks the scanner’s position, enabling accurate, large-area scans without manual markers or post-processing alignment. This optical tracking system supports efficient scanning across varying object sizes and orientations, while its auto-calibration ensures consistent accuracy.

Equipped with a 30-line blue cross laser, Trackit quickly captures broad surfaces—including dark or reflective materials—at up to 1.5 million points per second. Its single-line blue laser precisely captures deep holes, narrow grooves, and complex geometries, ensuring no detail is missed.

The lightweight yet strong carbon-fiber frame maintains structural integrity even in demanding environments. With a tracking volume spanning up to 3.26 × 2.85 m at 4 m, it supports scanning of both small components and full-size vehicles.

Trackit’s automated dual-axis gimbal calibration reduces setup time by ~50% compared to traditional manual methods—and eliminates human error. The system supports handheld scanning when necessary and leapfrogs the base station to handle large or segmented objects with consistent frame stitching.

Bundled Revo Trackit software provides live point-cloud preview, automated mesh fusion, editing, and export in formats like PLY, OBJ, STL, and FBX. Included Revo Measure/Design tools support scan-to-CAD workflows, dimensional analysis, and GD&
T reporting.

Local delivery in Lithuania

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
