The robot adapts its cleaning to the surface, effectively picks up hair, and navigates thresholds up to 20 mm high, moving freely around the house. With a noise level of 60 dB, you can use the device even while working or in the evening. Once cleaning is complete, it returns to the docking station, which automatically empties the dustbin, allowing you to forget about this task for up to 90 days. The app, Apple Watch, remote control, and voice control provide convenient management of its operation and let you tailor cleaning to your daily routine.

The Utlenic T20Pro uses an RGB camera and an AI system to recognize up to 70 types of objects in its path and precisely navigate around them both day and night. The Precise 3D Obstacle Avoidance system helps it respond appropriately to objects it encounters, while the Smart Anti-Stuck System supports smooth navigation around rugs and cords, reducing the risk of getting stuck. The robot also features Cliff Detection, which detects stairs and edges to help prevent falls.

The Utlenic T20Pro robot vacuum is also ideal for multi-level spaces—you can save up to 5 maps in the app. For each map, you can customize the cleaning mode and sequence, the layout and connections between rooms, and even assign custom names to rooms. This customization lets you tailor the robot’s operation to specific areas of your home and your daily needs, rather than using a single setting for the entire space every time. Available features include multi-floor mapping, quick mapping, custom modes, and Matrix Cleaning.

The map also gives you control over where the robot shouldn’t go. In the app, you can designate No-Go zones and restricted zones, protecting selected areas and the objects within them without having to set up physical barriers. The schedule feature, meanwhile, lets you set cleaning times, so the Utlenic T20Pro can work while you’re away and take care of the floors before your family returns home. The combination of maps, schedules, cleaning sequences, custom modes, and room-specific settings allows you to tailor the cleaning routine to your home’s layout and daily rhythm.

When it rolls onto a carpet, the Utlenic T20Pro automatically detects it and increases suction power, so you don’t have to manually switch settings between different floor types. The Adaptive Carpet Boost system helps remove dust and hair trapped between the fibers—with a removal efficiency of up to 99.8%. The robot applies 8 N of pressure, which helps it reach into crevices and remove stubborn dirt. When the device returns to a hard floor, its operating mode adjusts accordingly, allowing you to conveniently clean rooms with multiple types of flooring.

Thresholds, door tracks, and small steps don’t have to interrupt the cleaning cycle. A dual-jointed bionic mechanical foot enables the Utlenic T20Pro to overcome obstacles up to 20 mm high, making it easier to move between different areas of the home. As a result, the robot can continue its planned route even where different surfaces do not align perfectly at the same level. Combined with intelligent navigation, this solution reduces the need to manually carry the device while cleaning.

After completing its cleaning cycle, the robot can use the automatic emptying station, which transfers the collected debris from its dustbin. The system allows for up to 90 days of use without manual emptying, requiring less attention for day-to-day maintenance. Debris is collected in a sealed 3.5-liter bag. Contactless emptying minimizes exposure to dust, and the system traps 99.7% of allergens and features E12 filtration with 99.5% efficiency. This is a practical complement to scheduling and autonomous navigation—the robot can not only perform scheduled cleaning on its own but also reduce the number of tasks needed after it finishes.

The Ultenic T20Pro robot offers several control options, allowing you to tailor its operation to the situation. The app lets you remotely start cleaning, create schedules, set no-go zones, and customize the robot’s operation, including suction power and water flow. With an Apple Watch, you can start and stop the device and schedule cleaning without reaching for your phone. The robot also supports voice control via Amazon Alexa, Siri, Google Home, and IFTTT. The set also includes a remote control that works independently of Wi-Fi and the app—it allows you to control the direction of travel, start and pause cleaning, perform spot cleaning, return to the charging station, and increase or decrease suction power and water flow.

The Utlenic T20Pro can run for up to 200 minutes and clean an area of up to 240 m² on a single charge. Three cleaning modes are available: simultaneous vacuuming and mopping, vacuuming only, and mopping only, allowing you to tailor the cleaning method to your current needs. If the battery level gets too low during operation, the robot will automatically return to the charging station to recharge, then resume cleaning from where it left off.
