Silicone Hotend Cap from Bambu Lab. Made of silicone, resistant to temperatures up to 300°C, the cap is designed to protect the nozzle from sticking to the print material. 3-piece set.
When should the cap be replaced?
- If cracks are visible - cracks in the silicone cap can reduce thermal efficiency and increase the risk of leaks.
- If the cap is loose and poorly secured, it must be properly secured to the component it protects. If it is loose, it may not function properly as a temperature guard.
- If it is damaged - if the cap is damaged, such as punctured, torn or otherwise damaged, it may affect its effectiveness in protecting against external factors.
