Sintered sleeve A-35-40-20 AMES is a type of sleeve without a collar, which is designed to carry axial loads. Made of high quality material, they provide long-term dry operation without the need for additional lubricants. The sleeve feed speed can oscillate from 0.25 m/s to 5 m/s, with the minimum operating speed determined by the surface adhesion phenomenon. Sintered sleeves A-35-40-20 AMES can operate in a wide temperature range from -10 to 90 degrees C. The mounting hole should be made to H7 tolerance, while the shaft mounted in the sleeve should be to h8 tolerance. The maximum pressure that can act on each sleeve is about 10 N/mm^2 (static) and 20 N/mm^2 (dynamic). Thanks to their parameters, A-35-40-20 AMES sintered bushings are an ideal solution for applications where precise operation under axial loads is required.
