Blue-Tough resin has impressive mechanical properties, including a Shore A hardness of 85D and a tensile strength at break of 50 MPa. These properties make it suitable for applications where high strength and stiffness are required.
Impact Resistance
With an Izod impact strength of 45 J/m, Blue-Tough resin offers excellent durability, making it ideal for parts subject to mechanical stress and potential impact.
Thermal Stability
The resin has a heat distortion temperature (HDT) of 0.455 MPa and reaches 70 degrees Celsius, indicating its ability to maintain structural integrity under moderate heat conditions.
Flexibility
A 32% elongation at break gives Blue-Tough resin moderate flexibility, allowing it to withstand bending and stretching without cracking.
Biocompatibility
Certified to ISO 10993-10, Blu-Tough resin is biocompatible, meaning it can be used externally, safely on the skin. This makes it suitable for medical device prototyping and other applications where skin contact is important.
Compatibility
Blu-Tough resin is compatible with most LCD and DLP 3D printers, including Anycubic, Zortrax, Wanhao, Phrozen, and Dazz models. It is not designed for laser SLA printers.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.
Local delivery (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.
Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.
Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).
