Material Properties and Performance
Fibreheart PETG-CF HF is engineered to deliver exceptional mechanical properties while maintaining user-friendly printability. The 10% carbon fiber content enhances the filament's rigidity and impact resistance, resulting in parts that are both strong and lightweight. This composition ensures high dimensional accuracy and stability, even during high-speed printing, making it suitable for producing functional prototypes and end-use components.
ApplicationsThis filament is particularly well-suited for applications requiring durable and precise parts. Its resistance to chemicals, UV light, and moisture makes it ideal for outdoor and industrial environments. Common applications include drone frames, mechanical jigs, automotive components, and other functional parts that demand strength and reliability.
Printing and HandlingFor optimal results, print Fibreheart PETG-CF HF at a nozzle temperature between 240 - 260 degrees Celsius and a bed temperature of 80 degrees Celsius. A printing speed of 60 - 150 mm/s is recommended, with the capability to reach up to 200 mm/s for high-flow setups. A hardened steel nozzle is necessary due to the abrasive nature of the carbon fiber content. While an enclosed printer is not mandatory, it can help maintain consistent ambient temperatures, further reducing the risk of warping.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.
