Fibreheart PETG-CF Pro HF is built around a glycol-modified PETG matrix reinforced with short carbon fibres. This combination significantly increases rigidity and dimensional stability compared to standard PETG, while maintaining strong impact resistance. It’s well suited for functional prototypes, mechanical components, jigs and tooling where precision and strength are essential.

High-Flow Formula for Faster Printing

The Pro HF formulation is engineered to support higher extrusion rates, allowing faster print speeds without compromising surface quality or layer bonding. This makes it especially useful for larger prints or production-oriented workflows where reducing print time is critical.

Consistent Results and Print Reliability

Despite its advanced material properties, PETG-CF Pro HF remains easy to work with. It offers excellent layer adhesion and minimal warping, even on more complex geometries. Its resistance to moisture, UV light and many chemicals ensures long-lasting performance in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Printing Recommendations

Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fibre, a hardened steel or wear-resistant nozzle is recommended. A nozzle size of 0.4 mm or larger delivers the best balance between detail and flow. While an enclosed printer is not strictly required, it can help maintain consistent temperatures and improve results on larger parts.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
