Bimetallic Heat Break

Copperhead bimetallic heat breaks set a new standard for thermal management, reducing heat loss by 60% compared to traditional monolithic designs. Made from the same high-strength copper alloy as the renowned Mosquito Heat Breaks, these heat breaks feature improved thermal conductivity. This results in higher temperature resistance and greater flow rate potential compared to PTFE-lined alternatives.

Superconducting Heat Block

Made from a hardened, nickel-plated copper alloy, the Copperhead heat block is your gateway to printing versatility. With a motor temperature of up to 450°C, it supports almost all commercially available filaments, from standard PLA to advanced medical-grade PAEK. Its innovative design includes a physical air gap that isolates the sensor from the heater, improving the temperature feedback loop for precise control. Convenient wrench surfaces allow for quick and easy nozzle replacement.
