The Meross EM01 smart meter reader is a device that allows you to monitor electricity consumption and the amount of energy fed back into the grid, such as from a solar panel system. Thanks to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, the Meross app, and integration with the Home Assistant system, users can analyze measurements, check estimated energy costs, and create smart automations. The device records detailed data with one-minute accuracy, and its magnetic mounting on a compatible meter requires no intervention in the electrical installation or modification of the meter itself.

The Meross EM01 reads data from a compatible electricity meter, allowing you to monitor energy consumption from the grid and energy fed back into the grid, if the meter provides such data. You can analyze statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, which helps you identify when energy consumption is highest. Accurate data logging reduces the risk of losing measurement information, and clear charts make it easy to compare results. This makes it easier to spot unnecessary energy consumption and implement changes that can help lower your bills.

With the Meross app, users can not only monitor energy consumption but also estimate costs in advance. The ability to set energy rates manually allows you to tailor calculations to your individual electricity rates. Access to measurement history helps you compare expenses across different periods and better plan your household budget. This is a useful feature for those who want to consciously manage their energy consumption and reduce unnecessary costs.

The Meross EM01 works with the Home Assistant platform via the Meross_RPC integration, without the need to upload modified software. This allows energy consumption and generation data to be used to create home automations. When combined with a photovoltaic system and a properly configured setup, the device can help manage excess energy, for example, by initiating the charging of an energy storage system. The thermostat also supports local Wi-Fi communication, allowing you to use the Meross app even during an Internet outage. This requires that both your smartphone and the thermostat be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

The Meross EM01 allows you to save energy consumption history both locally and in the cloud. Daily measurement data can be stored in the cloud for up to 5 years, while detailed readings with one-minute accuracy can be stored for up to 2 months. Minute-by-minute data is retained in local memory for at least 3 months. This feature allows you to review past results, observe long-term trends, and assess how the energy-saving measures you’ve implemented are affecting your energy consumption.

The Meross EM01 sensor head measures just 3.4 × 3.4 × 2 cm, so it takes up very little space next to the electricity meter. The magnetic mounting system allows for quick installation of the device on a compatible port, without the need to remove the meter, run additional measurement cables, or interfere with the electrical installation. Wireless connectivity ensures that meter readings are transmitted to the app, and the included 2-meter USB cable and AC adapter make it easy to connect the device to a power source.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
