SSK-B17 stepper motor controller (3H2080) is a cost-effective, high-performance micro-stepping drive that uses pure sine wave current control technology. Suitable for 3-phase, 3-wire and 6-wire stepper motors. Thanks to the advanced control, the controlled motor produces low noise and low heat. The common pseudo-sine wave current control technology used in most drives would create a distorted sine wave and current ripple, which would cause vibration, noise and heat up the motor. As a result, the motor will degrade over time, its efficiency will decrease and its service life will be shortened.

The SSK-B17 controller has an automatic current reduction function during standstill. When it is turned on, the current will be reduced by 50% when the controller detects that the motor is stationary. The controller has optically isolated differential TTL inputs for all inputs - step, direction and operation enable (PLS, DIR and ENA). The controller has protection against overvoltage and short circuit between coils and between coils and ground.
