Long battery life and no mandatory monthly fees make using the device convenient and cost-free, while smart notifications enhance your sense of security every day.

The camera records in 2K Ultra HD resolution, which translates to highly detailed footage and easier recognition of people or objects. The wide 165° field of view and 16:9 aspect ratio allow you to capture not only the space directly in front of the door but also the area near the floor, so you can see both the visitor’s face and any packages left behind. The built-in full-color night mode uses LED lighting, so even after dark, the image remains clear and more natural than with standard infrared modes.

The video intercom enables real-time voice communication, allowing you to conveniently speak with a delivery person or visitor without opening the door. In situations where you cannot answer the call, a quick reply feature is available that automatically plays a pre-recorded message. This allows you to stay in contact with the person at the entrance and convey basic information without engaging in a conversation.

The device is equipped with a 5000 mAh battery, which ensures long operating time and reduces the need for frequent charging. ECoPower technology further optimizes energy consumption, which in practice means greater independence from a power source. The video intercom can be charged via a USB-C port, and an optional solar panel allows the device to remain operational for extended periods without user intervention.

The system detects human movement and automatically sends notifications to your smartphone, allowing you to quickly respond to any activity at the door. The use of AI detection reduces the number of false alarms, making notifications more accurate and useful. The built-in monitor also functions as a Wi-Fi repeater, which improves the stability of the 2.4 GHz connection and allows the device to operate even without internet access.

The video doorbell offers local storage of recordings on a microSD card, and a 4 GB card is included in the set. The device supports storage media with capacities up to 512 GB, providing ample space to record events without the need for a subscription. Additionally, an optional cloud service with a trial period is available, though the basic features work fully without any fees. The system allows for the storage of up to several thousand recordings, enabling you to keep a history of visits and events.

The SwitchBot Video Doorbell works with Alexa, allowing for quick video previews via voice commands. Support for Home Assistant via RTSP and the Matter standard makes it easy to integrate the device into an existing smart home system. When paired with a compatible SwitchBot lock, you can also use the NFC door-opening feature, which extends the device’s functionality to include access control.

The housing meets the IP65 standard, meaning it is dust and rain resistant, making the device suitable for outdoor installation. Its compact dimensions and light weight facilitate installation, which can be done using mounting tape or screws. Additional components allow the device to be angled, helping to adjust the field of view to a specific entrance. To ensure stable operation, it is recommended to mount the monitor at an appropriate distance from the doorbell and near the router.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
