Designed for high-performance machining of materials such as:

The DB-HY series electrospindles feature a double shaft bearing system, featuring precision ceramic bearings (double hybrid angular contact bearings at the front and a single bearing at the rear). This ensures optimal operating conditions for axial, radial, and mixed loads. The ceramic bearing system reduces friction within the electrospindle, enables higher rotational speeds, and ensures even greater machining precision. This type of bearing ensures years of trouble-free operation. The spindles are factory-balanced dynamically and are suitable for continuous operation (S1). The permissible speed range for these electrospindles is from 6,000 rpm to 24,000 rpm. Teknomotor DB-HY electrospindles are protected against the ingress of contaminants such as wood chips, dry sawdust, aluminum chips, and PVC chips.

DB series electrospindles are mainly used on CNC plotters, drilling machines, deburring machines, automatic machines for the construction of PVC or aluminum windows and doors, and for robotic production processes (the electrospindle is mounted directly on an anthropomorphic robot)

Tekonomotor DB-HY series electrospindles with rated frequencies of 300 and 400 Hz must be operated with frequency converters (e.g., inverters). The inverter can be powered by a single-phase 1x230V network, in which case the electrospindle is connected in a delta configuration. Alternatively, a three-phase 3x400V inverter can be used, in which case the electrospindle is connected in a star configuration.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
