The TL-Smoother print improvement module prevents the "salmon skin" effect. The module is connected between the controller and the stepper motor of the 3D printer and acts as a filter that smoothes the control voltage of the stepper motor.
Smoothing the signals of stepper motors makes them run smoother and with much greater precision, which has a significant impact on the print quality and accuracy of processed products.
Product features- TL-SMOOTHER smoothes the operation of the stepper motor in a 3D printer.
- It is recommended to use these filters on the most busy and loaded axes of the device.
- It is used for the X, Y, Z axes.
- Prevents the "salmon skin" effect.
- The effect of better smoothing can be achieved with A4988 and DRV8825 stepper motor drivers.
- The module filters the transmitted signal from the controller from noise and interference and prevents reverse voltage surges thanks to the diodes placed on the PCB.
- Its small dimensions mean that it can be directly mounted in the housing of most 3D printers.
