Vallejo Airbrush Thinner is available in 18ml, 60ml and 200ml and is specially formulated to thin acrylic paints without affecting their adhesion, durability or consistency. By regulating the viscosity of the paint, it ensures a smoother paint flow, reduces the risk of clogging and helps achieve a more even airbrush result.

Optimize paint viscosity for airbrushing

Vallejo Airbrush Thinner allows you to easily adjust the consistency of the paint to suit the tip size, air pressure and painting technique. Vallejo recommends using up to 25% thinner, if necessary, for paints intended for airbrushing, thinning up to 50% thinner. Standard acrylic paints intended for brush painting can be thinned up to 50% thinner if necessary. The thinner preserves the adhesion, coverage and durability of the paint, while providing a smoother and more controlled application.

Perfect for Vallejo Acrylic Paints

Airbrush Thinner works well with Vallejo Model Air, Game Air and other water-based Vallejo acrylic paints. For best results, prime the surface first and apply the paint in several thin coats. When airbrushing, a compressor pressure of approximately 15-20 PSI (0.5-1 bar) is recommended, depending on your equipment and technique.
