Model Color paints are designed for painting plastic, resin, metal and 3D printed models where fine details are required. The updated formula was developed in collaboration with experienced figure painters and model makers to ensure accurate color reproduction, better brush control and consistently excellent results.

Improved formula for exceptional results

The new generation of Model Color paints is designed to provide an even better painting experience. The high concentration of pigments ensures excellent coverage, while the improved consistency makes the paint easy to apply and control with the brush. The paint dries quickly and becomes smooth, matte, preserving even the finest details of the model. For optimal adhesion, color accuracy and durability, we recommend applying Model Color paints to a primed surface. Vallejo Surface Primer provides the perfect base for achieving the best possible results.

Easier color selection with Vallejo BSL

Model colors are organized according to Vallejo's BSL (Base, Shade, Light) system, making it easy to select basecoat, shading, and highlight colors. The range also includes many colors that meet established military color standards such as RAL, RLM, and FS, making it a great choice for historically accurate models.

More sustainable packaging

Each paint comes in a fully transparent 18ml bottle made from recycled and recyclable r-PET plastic. The clear bottle makes it easy to identify the color and monitor the remaining paint.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.
