Selecting an installation location:
In order to ensure the maximum level of protection, it is recommended to install the device in all rooms and on each level of the residential building (both where there are devices or installations that may constitute a potential source of fire, and in other rooms).

If the user has a limited number of detectors, it is recommended that the detector be installed first: in rooms equipped with heating devices with an open or closed combustion chamber, in rooms with running gas pipes, and in all other places where a fire may occur.

The detector should be installed:

• on the ceiling – in the central point,
• or on the wall at a distance of 15–30 cm from the ceiling.
• in case of larger rooms, the sensor is installed every 10 m.
• If the ceiling of the room is not horizontal (e.g. attic), the detector should be mounted 1 m from the highest point.

Do not mount the device:

• at a distance less than 0.9 m from the kitchen, bathroom, fuel-fired heating appliances,
• in a draft of hot or cold air,
• near fans,
• in places with high dust levels,
• near windows,
• near chemicals,
• outside the building.

When the alarm is triggered, you should:

• IT IS IMPERATIVE TO LEAVE THE ROOM IN WHICH THE ALARM WAS TRIGGERED
• Report the problem to specialized units (fire brigade/gas emergency service)
• If you notice any symptoms of poisoning (e.g. headache) in yourself or any member of your household, you should definitely contact your doctor.
• Whenever possible, windows and doors should be opened (create a "draft") to ensure ventilation of the room.
• In the event of a false alarm, check the correctness of the installation and the selection of the device's installation location.

Device lifespan
The average useful life of a device (electronic sensor) is about 5 years. This time is strictly dependent on the environmental conditions in which the device was operated, date of production, number of alarm activations, etc.) It is recommended to regularly replace worn-out models with new devices.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
