xTool Clear TPU Blister Film is designed for creating flexible molds through vacuum forming with xTool WonderPress. Made from TPU, the material softens when heated and conforms to the shape and contours of the object being formed. At 1 mm thick, this version provides greater strength and durability than the thinner 0.5 mm option, making it well suited to applications where a more robust finished mold is preferred.

The 1 mm version is designed for applications that benefit from increased strength and durability. The additional material thickness creates a more robust formed piece while retaining the flexibility associated with TPU, making it suitable for molds intended for repeated use.

TPU combines flexibility with the ability to conform closely to different shapes and contours during vacuum forming. This allows the material to reproduce complex geometries and makes it suitable for creating custom molds for casting, crafting and other creative applications.

The flexible nature of TPU helps simplify the demolding process. The formed material can flex as the finished piece is removed, making it easier to release objects from complex molds while helping preserve details in both the mold and the finished piece.

The TPU material complies with FDA food-contact standards, allowing the sheets to be used for molds intended for food-contact applications. This makes the material suitable for projects such as chocolate molds and other baking or food-related mold making.

The TPU film can be used for a variety of vacuum-forming applications, including resin casting, candle making, soap crafting, chocolate molds, decorative pieces and other DIY projects. The 1 mm thickness is particularly useful when the finished mold needs additional strength while retaining the flexibility of TPU.

The film is compatible with xTool WonderPress and intended for vacuum forming. Each sheet measures approximately 310 x 255 mm and has a thickness of 1 mm. For 1 mm TPU, xTool specifies a recommended forming temperature of 127 °C and the High suction setting when used with the WonderPress 3D Form Module.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.
