xTool Dual Station for WonderPress

The xTool Dual Station transforms WonderPress into a two-station heat pressing setup designed for faster and more efficient batch workflows. While one garment is being pressed, the next can be positioned and prepared on the second station. Once the current press is complete, simply slide the prepared station under the heating plate and continue with the next job.

Note: The Dual Station is an expansion accessory designed exclusively for xTool WonderPress and cannot operate independently. The xTool WonderPress main unit is required and sold separately.

The Dual Station addresses one of the main sources of downtime in batch heat pressing: waiting to prepare the next garment until the current cycle has finished. With two working stations, the next project can be aligned and prepared while WonderPress processes the previous one.

When the pressing cycle is complete and the heating plate rises, slide the other station beneath the heating plate and start the next process. The finished garment can then be removed while the next one is being pressed, creating a more continuous workflow.

The Dual Station uses a sliding rail that allows the two workstations to move from side to side. A gentle push moves the prepared station directly beneath the WonderPress heating plate, reducing the handling required between individual pressing jobs.

This workflow is particularly useful when producing multiple garments or repeating similar transfer jobs, where preparation time between pressing cycles can otherwise become a bottleneck.

By separating pressing and preparation into two stations, the Dual Station helps make better use of the time during each heat press cycle. Instead of waiting for WonderPress to finish before positioning the next garment, preparation can take place simultaneously.

This makes the accessory especially suitable for users producing multiple customized garments, DTF transfers and other flat heat transfer projects where consistent throughput is important.

The Dual Station is designed to operate with two Heat Press Modules, one installed on each station. This allows both sides of the sliding platform to remain ready for heat pressing without having to move a single module between stations.

When the Dual Station is installed, WonderPress does not support Auto Mode. After moving the prepared station beneath the heating plate, press the start/stop button to begin each processing cycle manually. The heating plate rises automatically once the cycle is complete.

The Dual Station integrates directly with the xTool WonderPress platform. Installation replaces the standard base setup with the Dual Station base and adds a stabilizing stand to support the expanded working configuration. Once installed, two Heat Press Modules can be positioned on the sliding stations for a streamlined batch workflow.

Install and operate the Dual Station on a level, sturdy work surface capable of supporting the combined WonderPress and Dual Station setup. Keep the sliding path clear of obstacles so the stations can move freely.

The Dual Station contains strong magnets. People with pacemakers or other implanted medical devices should maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm. Magnetic cards, mechanical watches and magnet-sensitive electronic devices should also be kept away from the Dual Station base.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
