xTool Laser Positioning Pen for WonderPress

The xTool Laser Positioning Pen makes repeated placement easier when producing multiple heat transfer projects with WonderPress. After the first garment and design have been positioned correctly, the projected laser reference can be used to align subsequent items to the same position, reducing repeated measuring and helping maintain consistent results throughout a batch.

Note: The Laser Positioning Pen is designed specifically to mount on the xTool WonderPress main unit. Although the pen can technically be switched on independently, xTool does not recommend purchasing or using it as a standalone positioning accessory.

For batch production, the first garment and transfer are positioned normally. The Laser Positioning Pen can then be adjusted so its projected line marks important reference points on the garment or design. Once these reference lines have been established, subsequent garments can be positioned against the same laser references without repeatedly measuring their placement.

xTool recommends leaving the bracket and pen in position once alignment has been set, as moving or rotating either component can change the reference and cause alignment deviation during subsequent jobs.

The positioning pen attaches to the front of the WonderPress main unit using a magnetic bracket. No tripod, screws or installation tools are required. The pen snaps into its bracket, while the bracket can be moved along the WonderPress chassis to establish the desired reference position.

The pen can also be tilted up or down, providing up to 90° of adjustment for positioning the projected line where it is needed on the garment or transfer.

The Laser Positioning Pen is available in two projection types to suit different alignment tasks.

• Horizontal Line: Projects a single straight reference line. It is suitable for center alignment, multi-line text, horizontal or vertical boundaries and applications where a straight reference is required.
• Crossline: Projects intersecting reference lines. It is useful for locating geometric centers, intersection points and more complex or irregular design placements.

Multiple Laser Positioning Pens can be installed on the same WonderPress when additional reference lines are needed. xTool recommends a maximum configuration of four pens per machine, using two Horizontal Line pens and two Crossline pens for more complex alignment and multi-position placement workflows.

The laser is used only as a positioning reference and does not take part in the heat transfer process itself. Once the garment and transfer are aligned, the WonderPress base can be pushed back into position and the normal manual or automatic pressing workflow can begin. The positioning laser does not need to be switched off during processing.

The Laser Positioning Pen measures approximately 87 × 42.3 × 19 mm and weighs approximately 50 g. It is powered by AAA batteries, allowing it to operate without an additional power cable connected to WonderPress.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
