The presence sensor continuously emits radar waves to detect human presence. The 24 GHz radar is more accurate than 5.8 GHz, so it effectively captures subtle human movements, such as chest expansion during breathing during daily activities, reducing missed detections and false alarms.

*Note: It is not possible to reliably detect a sleeping person due to the extremely subtle chest movements caused by breathing during sleep.

When the detection calibration function is enabled, the device self-learns the movement patterns of interfering objects in the detection area and filters them out. This precisely eliminates false alarms from common household sources such as appliances and plumbing, significantly increasing detection accuracy and providing greater convenience.
