Description Product Delivery

AXBB-E is a combination of a motion controller and a motherboard in an aesthetically appealing, industrial-grade metal housing. It works with UCCNC, MACH 3 and MACH4 software. The AXBB-E controller provides high-frequency directional step signals up to 400 kHz, allowing for smooth control of servo drives and stepper motors. The AXBB-E controller communicates with a computer via an Ethernet (LAN) interface. This is the best solution currently available for communicating with CNC machines, ensuring fast machine response and high communication stability.

The AXBB-E can control up to six axes, four of which are connected to screw terminals. The AXBB motion controller has an additional IDC-26 connector, allowing for the expansion of the number of pulse outputs for the fifth and sixth axes and the connection of additional digital inputs, opening up wide application possibilities for this motion controller.

AXBB-E motion controller features:

8 outputs for controlling STEP/DIR signals with a frequency of up to 400 kHz,
6 high-speed optoisolated inputs,
1 non-isolated IDC26 expansion port with standard LPT port pins (additional 12 outputs and 5 inputs),
LED indicators on isolated inputs/outputs,
Isolated inputs/outputs for 24V DC operation,
Stable and fast connection to a computer via Ethernet port.

AXBB motion controller power supply:

The AXBB-E board requires two independent power supplies:

The first power supply supplies power to the internal logic and supports the IDC26 port, non-isolated I/O port, and analog ports. To avoid damaging the board, use only 5V DC power supplies. A minimum of 500mA is recommended, although higher current may be required for more intensive I/O usage.
The second power supply powers the isolated ports and connected devices such as buttons, limit switches, and relays. The acceptable voltage range is 12 to 24V DC, allowing for flexibility in selecting the appropriate power supply.
