The BK 13/75x115 mounting sleeve is an innovative solution that enables a durable and secure connection of the clutch or wheels with the drive shaft. It consists of two rings that, when screwed, tighten against each other, which causes one ring to clamp on the shaft and the other to expand in the wheel hole. The sleeve assembly is simple and quick, requiring only an Allen key, without the need for modifications on the machine. BK 13 sleeves eliminate the need to use a keyway and a wedge. They are available in various diameters and torques. The assembly instructions assume gradual tightening of the screws using a torque wrench. The tolerances on the shaft and hub and the roughness have been precisely determined to ensure proper operation of the product in a wide temperature range from -150°C to +150°C.
