CSMIO-IP-A +/- 10V Ethernet Motion Controller

For the user, this controller is almost identical to CSMIO/IP-S, only the control system drive used differs.

CSMIO-IP-A is connected to the computer via an Ethernet link. which increases transmission speed and stability compared to the most popular LPT. Makes it happen. that the device is even more reliable.

Meeting the needs of users. who prefer the +/-10V standard for servo drive control. CSMIO/IP-A is equipped with such an interface. and very fast encoder inputs allow full use of encoders with a high number of pulses per revolution. allowing you to achieve precision and speed previously unavailable in this price sector.

In addition. CSMIO-IP-A has many different digital and analog ports. with the possibility of further expansion by using expansion modules. And yes. The standard equipment includes 24 digital inputs. 16 digital outputs. 4 analog inputs. 2 analog outputs 0-10V. 6 analog outputs +/-10V and six encoder inputs.

Control via the Ethernet port has many advantages. here are the most important ones:

• stable connection of the PC (MACH) with the controller, which is certainly missing in the case of USB control
• the distance of the controller from the machine exceeds 5m, unlike in the case of USB or LPT
• control up to 6-axis
• generating STEP/DIR pulses with very high accuracy, repeatability and frequency
• large number of fast input and output ports (digital, analog)
• great possibilities of expansion with additional modules (I/O as well as specialized ones, e.g. JOG). which, in the case of writing scripts, allows you to connect additional devices such as extensive tool storages and others..
• system fully adapted to work in an industrial standard (I/O in the 24V standard)

The device is equipped with a proprietary real-time operating system (ProcSequencer). SOFTWARE UPDATES

All CS-LAB controllers have a loading program installed (so-called bootloader), so there is no risk of damaging the equipment in the event of an unsuccessful software update. The update is performed using an intuitive update wizard. does not require knowledge of the equipment itself. The latest software for our controllers is always available on our website.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.
