The Cycplus DC1 is a compact, stationary rehabilitation bike featuring 10 resistance levels and two operating modes (Manual and ERG). The device has a self-powered system and a small footprint (only 0.18 m²), making it suitable for use at home, in the office, or elsewhere. An integrated display and precise data tracking allow you to conveniently monitor your workout progress.
Two modes to suit different needs
The Cycplus DC1 mini elliptical trainer offers two operating modes. Manual mode, with its 10 resistance levels, is ideal for warm-ups, rehabilitation, and more intense workouts. Levels 1–3 simulate walking, 4–6 correspond to running, and 7–10 mimic cycling. ERG mode allows you to set a target power output between 30W and 100W; the device then automatically adjusts the resistance based on your pedaling cadence. Choose the option that best fits your training needs!
Quiet operation and an efficient drive system
A DC motor and worm gear ensure smooth, stable operation, while the noise level is only around 30 dB—roughly the same as a whisper or a ticking clock! The system delivers a maximum power output of 160W, and its design automatically generates energy during exercise, eliminating the need for charging or power cables. This means you can work out whenever and wherever you like!
Precise workout data
The Cycplus DC1 features a 2 ms sampling rate, ensuring accurate and stable measurement of workout metrics. The display shows calories burned, time, cadence, speed, distance, step count, as well as current and average power, among other data. This allows you to effectively track your progress and adjust the workout intensity to match your fitness level.
Bi-directional pedaling
The device allows for both forward and backward pedaling, engaging different muscle groups. Forward motion boosts circulation and calorie burning, while backward motion reduces strain on the joints, ankles, and spine. These features make the mini-bike suitable for both rehabilitation and light daily activity—such as while working at a desk or watching TV series.
Impressive stability
The DC1 model features a triple anti-slip system—comprising a mat, pads, and a securing strap—that stabilizes the unit against your chair. These features enhance safety, reduce noise, and prevent the equipment from shifting during use.
Connectivity with training apps
The DC1 elliptical trainer supports the ANT+ protocol and can connect to training apps such as Zwift, MyWhoosh, and CYCPLUS Fit. This allows you to track your progress, participate in virtual workouts, complete challenges, and share your achievements.
Ready to use right out of the box
The elliptical trainer is ready for use almost immediately after unboxing—no assembly or charging is required. Additionally, its integrated, low-profile design means the unit takes up little space and is easy to move. You can use it under your desk at work or while sitting in an armchair at home, and once the workout is finished, you can store it in a closet or under the sofa.
