The XK-B861 is designed for businesses with limited space and a standard 220V electrical system. The machine has a slim, vertical design and takes up little space, making it easy to fit between existing assembly stations or in the back of an online store.

Its low power output of approximately 0.6 kW means low operating costs and no need for dedicated three-phase connections. This is a great solution for workshops, wholesalers, and manufacturers who want a professional screw packing machine but don't plan on making large infrastructure investments.

The heart of the device is a vibrating bowl with an optical sensor that feeds and counts components with high repeatability. The XK-B861 automatic packaging machine allows for the packaging of uniform batches of fasteners, plastic assembly parts, and small technical components. Before initial startup, plan the machine's location to ensure easy access to the hopper, control panel, and finished package collection. Ensure the electrical system and compressed air meet the required specifications, and ensure the floor is stable and level. It's a good idea to create a separate film storage area and organize space for finished packages to ensure a smooth process.

Regular cleaning of the vibrating bowl and guides helps prevent jamming and ensures consistent counting. Periodically monitor the seal quality and bag length using the counter and temperature settings. This will ensure the machine remains a reliable tool in daily operation.

The XK-B861 machine requires a 220V power supply and connection to a compressed air system in the range of approximately 0.4 - 0.8 MPa. Before starting, always check the parameters for compliance and ensure proper grounding and electrical protection. During operation, do not interfere with the welding zone or moving feed elements; make any adjustments or cleaning only after disconnecting the power supply and closing the air supply.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
