Fiberlogy Matte ASA filament is a matte version of the well-known and appreciated ASA filament. It offers all the advantages of traditional ASA – resistance to UV, high temperatures (up to 94°C) and moisture, plus it provides a more elegant matte surface that effectively masks layer lines. This makes it an ideal choice for projects requiring both durability and aesthetics.

Thanks to its low shrinkage and good adhesion, Matte ASA is easy to print even with complex models. It provides precise and stable 3D prints. The filament is perfect for demanding outdoor and indoor applications, especially in industries where both functionality and appearance matter – from automotive to interior decoration.

How to print Matte ASA?

The following parameters are only suggested print settings for this material. To ensure the best print quality, it is necessary to choose the appropriate settings for a specific printer and printing conditions.

Printing with ASA plastic:

Printing temperature 255–270°C
Table temperature 90–110°C
Closed chamber - not required, but it is recommended to avoid the model from wind or drafts
Fan 0–25 percent
Flow 95–100 percent
Print speed <100 mm/s
Surface: Smooth PEI + adhesive, Textured PEI, Glass + adhesive
Drying conditions 80°C / 4h
