The FNIRSI WHD-02 is an advanced meter with a 2-inch color display that allows you to quickly and accurately measure the moisture content of wood, while simultaneously monitoring the ambient temperature and humidity. The device offers 7 measurement modes, 0.1% resolution and a sampling time of approximately 0.5 seconds, so the results appear almost instantly. The ability to save up to 30 events, visualize data in the form of a graph and use triple alarms (audible, visual and vibrating) make the WHD-02 model ideal for many applications, such as in woodworking workshops or during the inspection of building materials. The dimensions of the device are approximately 63×28×148mm and the weight is approximately 185g, so it fits comfortably in your hand and easily fits into a tool bag. The included carrying case makes it easy to store and transport the meter, and the USB-C cable allows for convenient charging and software updates.

Accurate measurement and convenient data analysis

The meter has seven measurement modes that allow you to adjust the range according to the test material. The measurement range is from 0.1% to 55%, depending on the selected option, so you can monitor the moisture content of various types of wood and other materials such as cardboard or plastered walls. With a resolution of 0.1%, you get accurate data that helps prevent problems associated with excessive moisture, such as cracks, deformation or mold growth. The large 2-inch color display shows not only the current measurement result, but also temperature, relative humidity and battery level. The device also offers a special graph mode, updated every 0.5 seconds, making it easier to monitor and analyze changes in real time. You can choose a light or dark interface theme, which improves usability in various lighting conditions.

Useful features

The meter allows you to set alarm limits for too low or too high humidity. When the set values are exceeded, it can activate an audible alarm, backlight and vibration, immediately drawing attention to unusual results. In addition, the device stores up to 30 alarm records in chronological order, starting with the most recent, which facilitates later analysis and documentation of measurements. The meter also supports software updates via the USB-C port and allows you to adjust the screen brightness, volume, date and time settings, sleep mode and automatic shutdown. The integrated data storage function and intuitive control buttons ensure convenient operation even during intensive use.
