HSS60 is a 2-phase Nema 24 servo stepper controller. It is based on a new generation 32-bit DSP processor and vector control technology, which helps to avoid missed steps and ensures high motor positioning accuracy. The servo stepper controller provides significantly less torque loss with increasing speed and significantly better performance than a standard stepper drive.
The motor current control algorithm is based on motor load measurement, which reduces the operating temperature of the motor and controller and extends their service life.
The controller has a built-in alarm output that can be connected to the machine control system to improve the safety of the entire system.
The closed-loop servo stepper system is an excellent alternative to previously used stepper drives and can replace AC servo drives in some cases at a significantly lower cost.

- Provides higher torque and better dynamics than a standard stepper motor of the same size.
- Automatic current regulation depending on the load and lower temperature rise.
- Ready to operate immediately, without requiring any tuning, as in the case of servo motors.
