The iEM-RS2313 stepper motor is a high-performance stepper motor with a built-in 1.3 N m NEMA23 stepper motor driver for precise motion control. Supporting Modbus RTU protocol and internal 16-segment position commands, the iEM-RS2313 provides smooth motion, low vibration and exceptionally quiet operation that meets the requirements of modern automation systems.

The motor can be activated via an external I/O source, RS485 interface or HMI, increasing the flexibility of integration with other control systems. Overvoltage and overcurrent protection, along with other protective features, ensure reliability and long-term operation.

All this is combined with seven configurable digital inputs and three opto-isolated digital outputs, making it easy to configure and safely operate. With RS232 (for debugging) and RS485 (for motion control), the motor provides quick access to debugging software and advanced motion control, making it a versatile solution for modern automation systems.

Integrated iEM-RS series motors have a built-in RS485 input. Using Modbus RTU communication, up to 31 axes can be connected in the network. In addition, the PR mode function, which allows programming 16 positioning commands in the stepper motor controller, allows this controller to be used in applications that require point-to-point movement at a user-defined speed without the need for additional motion controllers, thereby significantly simplifying the system and reducing costs.
