PolyMax PC-FR, developed from the Covestro Makrolon family, has achieved V0 performance in the UL94 flame test and has excellent toughness, strength and heat resistance. This filament opens up new application areas in the automotive, rail and aerospace industries.

Nozzle temperature: 250˚C-270˚C
Print speed: 30-50 mm/s
Layer temperature: 90˚C-105˚C
Chamber temperature: 90˚C-100˚C
Layer surface: almost any surface coated with a thin layer of MAGIGOO PC
Cooling fan: OFF

Note: When printing with PolyMax PC-FR, it is recommended to use a heated chamber. It is recommended to anneal the printed part immediately after the printing process to remove residual internal stress when the heated chamber is not used. Annealing settings: 90˚C 6h
