Smart Printing Platform with RFID

RFID automatically stores and reads the relevant parameters of the entire workflow for printing, washing and curing, and is easy to install and remove, eliminating tedious manual operations.

10.25-inch touch screen

Raise3D DF2 printer is equipped with a high-performance touch screen to ensure a better user experience: Magic Layout - allows you to easily adjust the printing layout and copy prints. Automatic pre-print check - checks all working conditions, including resin type, printing platform installation, feeding station installation, resin margins, etc.

Consistent printing every time

Heavy-duty Z-axis: The maximum load of the Z-axis is 200 kg. There are no step layers and it has high movement accuracy, ensuring the stability of printing large parts and long-term use.

Air-Peel Technology: The air-peel design between the resin tank bottom and the high-clear glass reduces the force from 50 kilograms to 10 kilograms, effectively peeling each layer and ensuring successful printing.

DF Wash

DF Wash performs thorough cleaning using two turbines, manual wash simulation and a dual-fan air drying system. The device has a 14 liter tank, a maximum wash volume of 200x112x300mm, and is compatible with solvents such as IPA alcohol, water or TPM solvent. DF Wash is equipped with an electric siphon pump, wash basket, waste disposal system and hydrometer.

DF Cure

DF Cure performs thorough curing of cleaned parts using a powerful LED light source with mixed wavelengths (365 / 385 / 405 nm) and air heating up to 120 ºC. The maximum curing size is φ 230x300mm. DF Cure comes with heat-resistant gloves and a case to make the post-treatment process safer and more convenient.
