Set of two 2 m MC4 extension cables for photovoltaic systems. The single-core cables are made of multi-core tinned copper, are highly flexible and are made of halogen-free cross-linked plastic. They comply with PN-EN 50618 and PN-EN 60228 standards, are resistant to fire, UV ultraviolet rays, ozone and various weather conditions.

Durability for many years

Due to the coating, which is resistant to UV radiation and external environmental influences, the cables can be laid not only indoors and outdoors, but also directly in the ground. They are resistant to hydrolysis, ammonia, acids and alkalis, so they have a long service life of up to 25 years. The cables remain fully functional in a wide temperature range - from -40 °C to +90 °C during operation, and a temperature of 120 °C is possible for up to 20,000 hours.

Thoughtful design

The H1Z2Z2-K type cable set provides a DC operating voltage of 1.5 kV (1.8 kV) according to EN 50618 and a nominal AC voltage of 1.0/1.0 kV. The cables have a conductor cross-section of 6 mm² and an outer diameter of 6.2 mm. Their conductor resistance at 20 °C is not more than 5.09 mΩ/m, and the insulation resistance is not less than 580 MΩ/km. MC4 connectors allow for quick and safe connection to the photovoltaic installation.
