Worm gear, ratio 20:1 RV050-20-71B14

The RV050-20-71B14 worm gear is a product with mechanical size 50, which can be used as a replacement for NMRV, TM, MRV and other gears of the same size. Its length L is 120 mm and the flange diameter d3 is 105 mm. The gear ratio is 60:1, which makes it an effective power transfer tool. The engine axis cooperating with this transmission should have a diameter of 14 mm, and the diameter of the output shaft should be 25 mm. The overall dimensions of the gearbox are 120 mm long, 85 mm wide and 144 mm high. The gear housing is made of aluminum to reduce weight and is also covered with an additional plastic coating to provide protection against corrosion. Key components, such as a steel screw and a bronze worm wheel, guarantee durability and reliability in various operating conditions. Options include 25 mm diameter output shafts and various mounting methods, including B14 flange.
