Designed specifically for the xTool Apparel Printer, this 100 ml cleaning fluid targets residual ink and deposits that lead to poor color fidelity, line defects, and interrupted print cycles. It helps maintain peak printer function by enabling precise, reliable maintenance.
Troubleshooting Clogs &Print Defects
Persistent ink residues can cause nozzle blockages, faded or omitted colors, and visible stripes in prints. This cleaning fluid dissolves those buildups effectively, restoring smooth ink flow and sharp, accurate output.
Easy-to-Follow Cleaning Procedures- Light Cleaning (Weekly or Mild Blockage): Move print head left, open side panel, then gently wipe the nozzles and surrounding area with a lint-free swab dipped in cleaning fluid—avoiding the cutting blade.
- Deep Cleaning (Severe Clogs): Place the print head in the processing area, apply a few drops to the ink pad using the dropper, let the fluid soak in for 30 minutes, then use the built-in ink extraction feature before testing print quality.
- Ink Stack Maintenance (Weekly): Clean the scraper and pad area with cloth or swab soaked in fluid.
Stores best between 5–35 °C. Keep away from children. Avoid contact with skin/eyes and any ingestion. Use lightly and ensure proper ventilation.
