The Carvera Air™ is a CNC milling machine that combines high precision with intelligent automation. Automatic tool change in just 10 seconds, auto-probing and auto-leveling functions, and 4-axis support allow you to complete even complex projects with minimal user intervention. The machine offers 0.01 mm precision and a spindle speed of up to 13,000 rpm, which translates to accurate and smooth machining of various materials. Additionally, the option to expand with a laser module and integration with an external dust extraction system enhance functionality, while remote control via an app allows for convenient operation from a computer or smartphone.

An innovative automatic tool-changing system allows for changing cutters in just 10 seconds, enabling a seamless transition between subsequent machining stages. Combined with auto-probing and auto-leveling functions, the machine automatically calibrates the tools and the work surface, detecting material irregularities and adjusting operating parameters. This ensures precise cuts even on irregular surfaces, greater repeatability, and reduced material waste.

The optional 4th-axis module (not included) allows you to machine cylindrical parts, double-sided projects, and complex 3D shapes, enabling simultaneous operation in four axes. This is a massive expansion of capabilities, especially when creating realistic 3D models. Additionally, when equipped with the optional 5 W laser head, the Carvera Air™ gains precise engraving and cutting capabilities, allowing you to tackle both technical and creative projects with a single machine.

The Carvera Air™ helps maintain a clean workspace by effectively limiting the spread of dust and debris, which improves visibility of the workpiece and enhances user comfort. At the same time, the cross-platform control software allows you to operate the milling machine from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. The remote control feature allows you to conveniently monitor and control the machine’s operation, increasing flexibility and efficiency in project execution.

The die-cast housing ensures high durability, while the enclosed design enhances safety, reduces noise, and contains small particles generated during machining. The use of 20 mm diameter linear guides and ball screws guarantees smooth, stable movement and high operational accuracy.

The Carvera Air™ is ideal for creating double-sided PCBs, enabling fast and convenient prototyping. It also allows you to produce durable parts for robots, drones, and RC models made of aluminum and composite materials. It is also an excellent tool for artists and designers who want to create decorations, jewelry, and personalized products, including realistic 3D models. Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).
