The module is working with Arduino, which provides connectivity in GSM and GPRS. It allows for voice calls, sending SMS messages. It also has a GPS module. On the Board are: connectors for SIM card, output and input audio in the standard Jack 3.5 for headphones and microphone, and a slot u.FL for external antenna. Built-in battery charger Li-Pol allows using the device without AC power. To power the module, you must use a Li-Pol 3.7 V with a capacity of not less than 500 mAh. A built-in switch indicates if the battery powers the system or if it is currently being charged.
